RaxHax coaches have collectively played in 1000s of professional games, amassing 20+ years of professional playing experience and 30+ years of collegiate playing experience at the Division 1 and 2 levels. Our instructors include seasoned collegiate coaches with 20+ years of NCAA D1/D2/D3 experience. We use quantitative analysis AND feel to bridge the gap between training and competition settings. We leverage cutting edge resources to help each individual exceed their potential. The combination of objective measurement, with in-depth detail, and the application of emotional understanding of what it takes to execute at a high level makes this a unique training environment. our Process

True development and growth are not built on guesswork. If you are an individual looking to step up your game, we can help you. Our process begins with a detailed assessment that analyzes movement quality and power capacity. We collect baseline video and data of your hitting, pitching, defense or strength and speed skillsets. Our process continues with crafting a fully customized, individual player plan that addresses your specific needs, and guides you through your practice work both at our facility and at home. In-season, we integrate your game tape and performance statistics to ensure our programming adjusts to your real-time needs.

 

We offer a comprehensive college advising and placement service to help you navigate the competitive recruiting process and to receive offers from top Division I, II, & III and NJCAA schools. We leverage our on-site data collection and video collateral to inform coaches of your progress and to drive interest.

Enhance your team's tryouts, workouts, or practices by renting any or all of our high tech 3,500 sq ft. training lab and weight room. Gain an edge with our small group or team assessments and training packages.

 

With coaches currently playing professionally, coaching in college, and with accoladed playing careers - we are closely connected to the game and understand what it takes to succeed at all levels.

If I had to describe my experience working with Coach Zach and his team of amazing coaches over the years, I would say - Transformative. From his years as an elite college and professional player himself, Coach Zach delivers an amazing level of expertise and passion that is truly unique and needs to be experienced to be fully appreciated. No two sessions are the same and he has challenged me in ways that no prior coach has done. He breaks down every at- bat from every game whether it be from videos or actually attending games in person. The pre and post game breakdown sessions are equally valuable and analytical, as we not only focus on the technical components, but also the mental approach based on count and situation. Walking up to the plate with a real approach and learning to hunt pitches in all parts of the zone helped launch my game to the next level. In 2025, with Coach Zach's help and guidance, I was recruited to play Division I baseball at Dartmouth College.  If you are serious about getting to the next level and have a strong work ethic, you will quickly learn that Coach Zach and his team are second to none.
